1. Service Description

RapidPAY provides a platform for users to transfer funds from their credit cards to their personal bank accounts. This service is intended for legitimate personal financial management only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this service. You must possess a valid Indian credit card and a matching bank account.

3. User Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete personal, card, and bank details.
• Ensuring that the credit card used is legally owned by you.
• Protecting your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTP).
• Complying with all applicable laws and RBI guidelines.

4. Transaction Fees

A service fee of 0.70% is charged on the total transfer amount. These fees are subject to change with prior notice on our platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using RapidPAY for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user account will be terminated immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

RapidPAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
